1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all members using the okjj platform (okjj.click). By registering or using our services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms. okjj reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time — any changes will be announced on the website.

Okjj is an international-standard online betting and casino platform. Our services are intended solely for individuals who are legally eligible to participate. By placing bets, playing games, or conducting financial transactions on this platform, you confirm that you are doing so of your own free will and capacity.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with okjj, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may operate only one account — if multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• The name, mobile number, and email provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility — do not share it with anyone.

After registration, at least one deposit is required to keep your account active. If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive — logging in at that point will give you the option to reactivate it.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are all available for deposits and withdrawals on okjj. All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals. Funds are generally returned via the same method used for the original deposit. For unusual transactions, okjj may request additional verification.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on okjj:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so please review all details carefully before placing your bet.
• If a match is cancelled or does not take place, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a match in a parlay bet is cancelled, that match will be graded at odds of 1.00 — all remaining selections will stand as placed.
• In Live Betting, if a feed delay causes any decision to be revised, okjj's ruling is final.
• Suspicious bets placed across multiple accounts on the same match will be investigated.
• The maximum single bet amount is determined by the member's tier.

Regarding odds changes — if the odds change after a bet has been confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, okjj reserves the right to void the affected bet.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Okjj offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including a welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, free bets, and loyalty points. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules are:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• A wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must typically be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Only Sports Betting and select casino games count toward wagering — see the guidelines for details.
• Winnings from free bets are subject to separate wagering conditions — full details are provided with each free bet offer.
• If multiple members from the same household or IP address claim bonuses, this will be investigated.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any bonus not used in time will be forfeited.

Points earned through the okjj Loyalty Rewards Program can be redeemed for cash, free bets, or bonuses. Points never expire — they remain valid for as long as your account stays active.

6 KYC Verification & Security Policy

To prevent financial fraud and protect our members, okjj follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Before making a withdrawal, you must submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — scanned copy or clear photo of both sides
• Valid passport — photo of the data page
• Driving License (with photo)

8 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Okjj reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Registration using false information.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• No account activity for 12 consecutive months.
• By court order or for legal reasons.
